Health Hacks that can change our lives positively!!

Health is often the hot topic of discussion whenever any disease outbreak happens. May it be an endemic, epidemic or pandemic(just like covid all around the globe), health becomes necessary to be taken care of.  We should be in the best of our health to live a happy, joyful and effortless life.

DO you know that many people around the world are less aware of the health?

And this is the main reason why, too many people, often fall sick.

Our health is our prime wealth and a healthy body is a key to happiness. Our lifestyle has been so awkward and imbalanced that the organ systems and their physiological functions are disturbed.

The human body is a well-organised system working synchronously. There's a biological clock operating inside our body. It is not actually an entity but a process that helps our body do specific functions at a particular time.  The rhythm is called Circadian rhythm. When the clock is disturbed the circadian rhythm is disturbed and this in turn impedes the normal functioning of our organ systems.

The reason is we are not so concerned about our body and the modern lifestyle we have adapted, has no sync with our inner clock. General day to day examples are: sleeping after midnight, waking up at noon,  eating meals late at night, not brushing our teeth at night, binge eating, lack of fasting, chunking fast fatty and oily food, consumption of more packaged foods rather than having fresh cooked meals, overuse of cold drinks and caffeinated beverages.

Are you excited to know some awesome health hacks that can contribute towards the promotion or betterment of your healthy.
